Overview...

This document explains how to upload your file to our FTP server so that we may evaluate your Access database file for recovery.  We will evaluate your file and determine if the file is recoverable.  If the file is recoverable, we will send you a spreadsheet with a detailed explanation of what was recovered.

Please contact Computer Resolutions, Inc. to receive authorization to upload your file and to coordinate the recovery process.

How to Proceed...

1. Download the FTP program to your desktop

2. Install the FTP program on your computer

3. Launch the FTP program from your start menu

4. Setup the FTP program parameters to connect to our FTP server

5. Use the FTP program to upload and download files to and from our FTP server.
