Our security module uses Microsoft Access security by incorporating "users" and "groups" to track who is using the program, and the rights and access privileges of each user. This is accomplished by utilizing custom forms, designed by Computer Resolutions, that allow the administrator to easily make changes to users, groups and passwords.

The security module can force users to "log on" to the system so that there is protection to the data and the privacy of the information. Also, the security module gives the program a foundation to build upon a secure task-oriented system. This will allow different logged on users to access different parts of the program and only perform certain tasks based on the setup of their security preferences.
